  My account renewed in December 2023. When I try to login everything is gone. Everything I’ve done is not working. Says I may be able to get my domain back from a broker?? What’s up with this?

  Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the delay! Your domain is registered here, but it looks like your domain is suspended at the moment. When your domain is suspended, it means that the registry suspended your domain name because you failed to verify your email address or the contact details have been modified for the domain and still require verification. This applies to all gTLDs (Generic Top Level Domains) such as .com, .net, .org, .info, etc.

  This verification is done annually to ensure your contact information is up-to-date.

  There is a 15-day window during which you must verify your domain contact details. If you miss the 15 days and fail to complete the verification process, your domain name will be suspended. This is controlled by ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) and you can read more about this process here:
