  1 recently purchased a site from e-Bay.co.uk…at 1st 1 had access…NOW!!
  sadly for me..1 cannot change my password..says..my e -mails..are not reconized! is there a solution?? PLEASE

  The site linked to your username is empty of content. homefinderspaincouk.wordpress.com Is that the site you need help with? If not, please give us the URL of the site, starting with https://

  Sometimes people confuse WordPressdotcom with sites using the standalone WordPress software. Here’s a bit more on that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You will want to contact the web hosting company directly, which seems to be Kualo.

  For further assistance with your self-hosted site using the WP software, you’ll need to head over to https://wordpress.org/support If you don’t have a username there, you can register one on that page.
