  When trying to access my website I am not being allowed in. I know my username but have forgotten my password. I try and reset my password and it is saying my username and email address are wrong. I can access the word press site. When I click on My Site at the top, it says I don’t have a site yet. But I do have a site. Please help so I can get back into my blog!!!

  What is the address of the site you are trying to login to?

  If it uses WordPress.org software with another host, please contact them for help or post to the WordPress.org support forums for advice:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums

  I can check where the site is hosted if you aren’t sure.
