Why did you take my money and not provide me with service?
WP.com: Unknown
Jetpack: Unknown
Correct account: UnknownThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with? I looked up remarkablereason.org but it does not appear to be a domain that is registered. Did you mean a different site instead?
Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

You charged my account because I gave you access to my bank with a subscription. You canceled my account somehow, not with my permission and with no reasoning or notification. The website is still up an running with no ability to access it, because your system says that the account doesn’t exist. However, you still charge me money.
I now can’t develop my charities website, which means you are keeping us from helping people with deceases and disabilities. How are you going to fix this since I am locked out of the system?
Currently I would like to take my business elsewhere. On Square Space, I need my domain registered. Change my mind.

The site you mentioned in a duplicatectread http://www.remarkablereasons.org/, is connected to another account of yours. As you have a paid plan, you can easily restore access to that account using the Transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
-
That is not the site. There is an “s” needed in the URL – http://www.remarkablereasons.org
The only other email it could be doesn’t exist in your system.
Thank you, use a microscope if it helps any.

I am not sure what a duplicatectread is.
That link has already been exhausted. It doesn’t register any account I have that is electronic mail.

Hi there!
The site you mentioned is not registered on the WordPress.com account @wpsupportsuckshard, that’s why you don’t see it on your dashboard. To access the paid site, you must log out of this account and log into the correct WordPress.com account.
If you don’t remember the email address used on the correct account, we have a dedicated account recovery team that can help.
First, please locate the transaction ID for the payment to WordPress.com. Here’s how to locate it on your credit card statement.
Once you have that, please go to the account recovery form by clicking here and submit the form with the account recovery form. Do not post the transaction ID here in the forum, as it’s a public forum that anyone can view.
Our team will get back to you via email to help you log into the correct account shortly after you’ve submitted the account recovery form.
Regards

@aisajib That is not the account name because the system is locked in its own loop. How do I contact that recovery team? When I go to recover the password, it doesn’t recognize the account associated with my emails. I already have provided that transaction ID and it cant find either of my only two emails it must be.

Hi @wpsupportsuckshard as others have mentioned here, the issue is that the site and upgrades are under a different login, not the one you are using to to speak with us currently.
You charged my account because I gave you access to my bank with a subscription. You canceled my account somehow, not with my permission and with no reasoning or notification.
I can confirm that upgrades on remarkablereasons.org did recently auto renew, but I can also confirm that the account is in good standing, and has not been cancelled in any way. If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. It also sounds like you got a recent notification that this site renewed (possibly via email) and that notification likely contains the info you need to regain access.
We detail the info you will want to look for here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
Once you are connected to the correct account we are happy to help you with managing your account. Thanks!

@staff-totoro
Thank you. While we are waiting on your company to communicate with me via electronic mail, I would like to know something. Why doesn’t WP provide customer service with a employees who speak on the phone?
-
@staff-totoro @aisajib
The account access is not allowing me to use the email. Yes, the account exists. Yes, the email associated with the account is linked and registered. No, the username is not working. How does someone recover the username? Please do not send me a hyperlink sending me to the reset password route. The system states that the username no longer exists.
Also…I still have not receive a response about phone numbers to directly speak with a human.
-
You should not need to use the username for the password recovery tool. What happens when you enter in the email address of the account?
Also…I still have not receive a response about phone numbers to directly speak with a human.
WordPress.com does not offer phone support. We help thousands of users through forums, email, and livechat.
-
@staff-ozmodiar
After email addresses are input, it states that the condition to log in be met by using a username, not the email for validation.
-
Okay, this obviously needs some more troubleshooting. The best bet will be to reach out to the accounts team here: passwordhelp@wordpress.com
Due to the public nature of the forums, we’re a little limited in what we can do in situations such as this one.
