access account from dashboard

  https://wordpress.com/me is no longer accepting either my username or email address.

  however, I can login to my site’s dashboard using example.com/wp-admin

  is there a link provided on site’s dashboard which will take me to the main account?

  PS I’m trying to merge two sites (currently on separate accounts, only one of which I have access to) into a single account.
