  I was able to login to the admin of this site until this morning. Not sure if the subscription expired?

  It seems like you might be facing difficulties with a self-hosted WordPress.org website, and not with a WordPress.com-hosted one. WordPress.org is a free site-engine software, while WordPress.com is a web hosting company.   Ok thank you for your help, it’s seem that was the issue. One last question, if I switch to WordPress.com can I leave NameCheap.com and Hawkhost.com?

  Yes, definitely. Having a subscription with WordPress.com would cover all your web hosting expenses, as WordPress.com is a web hosting provider by itself, you don’t need to keep subscriptions with any other web hosting provider.
