  Hello

  not sure what has happened but a website I administer has started returning this message …

  Your access to this service has been limited. (HTTP response code 503) … and denying me access.

  It appears as though my credentials have been deleted?

  The site in question is … https://www.shelterbox.org.nz/wp-admin

  Any ideas?

  We can’t help as Wordfence has blocked your site. Did you try to get an unlock mail? Otherwise you must take a look in Wordfence documentation.
