  I need to have my access code for Google Analytic s for a software report . Please help.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase here that provides FTP access and the ability to install plugins like Google Analytics on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. If you want that then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. Here’s the comparison http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You cannot use Google Analytics here unless you go through Cloudflare, and that’s quite expensive.
