Hello, I’d like to update the info to be able to access this domain and connect it to a site.
Thank you

I don’t see any WordPress.com sites under your account here.
What is the URL of the site with the problem?

that’s just it. I don’t know what account that domain is attached to. I received the verification emails to (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I did not have a wordpress account with that email because I just had to make one.
And the domain isn’t attached to my original wordpress account (email visible only to moderators and staff) either.

Ok, you’ll need to go through our account recovery process then. If you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as
WordPressfollowed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:WordPress XXXXXXXXXXMake sure you check the “I don’t know my registered email or username” because you’re not sure.
You can read more about what the account recovery process entails here:
