Access for new Author

    I have recently invited someone who has access to another WordPress website (not administered by me) to be an Author on mine. They have accepted and set themselves up as they have on the other site, but now find that they cannot access either of them to add content.
    I’m OK with the basics of updating my website but am not the world’s best at technical stuff, so I’d really appreciate some idiot-proof instructions as to what I need to do to sort out the problem, please.

    Hi there, I do see 3 users in total on the site you listed, 2 are Administrators (1 is you), and 1 is an Author.

    Perhaps these folks aren’t logging in with the correct account?

    If not, maybe try the steps to add them again: https://wordpress.com/support/user-roles/#adding-users-to-your-site
