One of our other websites that uses wordpress, we are not able to login because we forgot the admin login (we have a lot of users) and our IT manager has left. Is there anything you could do to help us out here?
We’re just trying to at least get the email of one of the admin accounts on there so we can do the reset password process, we just don’t even know which email it was.

Can you share with us a link to the site you need help with? It sounds like the site you need help with is not hosted here with us at WordPress.com.
