  I tried to sign up with the people I work for. I have been supposedly sent an e-mail about being an Admin but never got it and I need to delete this account and gain access to my other paid for account. I would like to hear from you all as soon as possible.

  Sorry to ask the obvious question, did you check your email spam filter?

  You aren’t able to delete any user accounts here at WordPress.com. There is the option to inactivate the unwanted account and unsubscribe from all WordPress.com emails. Here are the instructions:

  If you are having trouble accessing your other account on WordPress.com you can use the Account Recovery form: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
