  I am having lots of access issues, and now I am not even able to access the chat support as I am getting this error: This site may be a copy of WordPress with a different hosting service. Here’s the best way to find help with that. If you’re not sure though, please share your question with a link, and we’ll point you in the right direction!

  http://www.themuslimcompanion.com/ is hosted here on WordPress.com, but it belongs to a different account than the one you’re using to post here.

  While the themuslimcompanion account you’re using to post here appears to have a Jetpack connection for that site, you are not the owner of the site or its upgrades, and you’re not even listed as a user on the site. That’s why you’re unable to access its dashboard, and why you also don’t have access to live chat support.

  If you own the other account that owns the site, please log in as that account instead. Then you’ll be able to reach live chat support at https://wordpress.com/help/contact for help fixing whatever is going on. If you don’t remember the login details for the correct account, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ so we can help you regain access.
