access management plug in for the entire website

    Hello

    i would like to start with a website that does only feature a request for a password (or maybe a picture on top) and then after typing in the password it starts with the home-page of the website. Is that possible.

    Secondly, i have on my homepage the heading of the page that comes in massive letters:
    Protected:Home. i would like get rid of this altogether. I dont need the heading of the text be Home.

    Thirdly, I would like to make the main body text size larger.

    would really appreciate answers to this.

    many thanks benedikt

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi Benedikt – It’s not possible to password-protect your entire website, but you can password-protect individual posts and pages:
    Post Visibility

    You can also set your entire site to private, in which case, only those users you invite can access it. Then you would not need passwords at all:
    Privacy Settings

    You can hide those large page titles with this CSS snippet:

    .headline {
    display: none;
    }

    You’ll want to paste that in the CSS editor in Appearance->Customize->CSS here:
    https://sianandbene.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fsianandbene.wordpress.com%2F

    You can also increase the body text font in that same place with this:

    .wf-active body {
    font-size: 1.1em;
    }

    Just adjust the 1.1 number until the font is the size you want. Let me know how that works!
