  I am unable to access the account because of a domain error. I need to have the name server moves over to blue host.

  Hey there,

  If you’re wanting to use your domain at a different host, you should never cancel it at your current host – once you decide to cancel your domain, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reacquire it in the future. Someone else could gain access to it. Also, it usually takes a few weeks for your domain registration to clear and become available once you cancel it. There isn’t an exact time, however, so you’ll be checking consistently to see when it becomes available.

  If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site

  If you recently registered the domain, you have to wait 60 days before you are able to transfer your domain to a different host, but in the meantime, you can use the domain with your site by pointing the nameservers over to your new host:

  I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore the domain back to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back.

  I read the conversation that you had with a happiness engineer on live chat. Are you referring to gaining access to shemoondesigns.me? All that is left here at WordPress.com is your http://shemoondesigns.wordpress.com/ site. As you mentioned, that domain has been deleted because it was being forwarded to your woodennickeldiaries.com over at Bluehost and you no longer needed two custom domains.

  However, woodennickeldiaries.com is on Bluehost – are you trying to access that account? If so, you’ll need to contact Bluehost for assistance with gaining access.
