  I recently purchased a domain and cannot locate it

  Hi there,

  First, what is the name of the domain?

  Do you happen to have another account that you may have used to purchase the domain? If not, we did have issues a few days ago where user’s purchases weren’t showing up under their account. Let me know either way and I will look into it for you.
