  It looks like you submitted an account recovery request for your site already, so you’ll need to wait for them to review and respond to that email request.

  The problem is that with the deactivation the four email addresses associated with this domain have also been deactivated. This account is owned by a town government and we need to get this fixed. So if they email we will be unable to receive it as our emails are all deactivated.

  Thanks for clarification, however, there’s not much we can do here to help with the domain townofscott.org as that is not registered with WordPress.com, so even if you could recover the account access, the domain would still not be available.

  It looks like it’s currently registered through Network Solutions. If you can provide them a payment receipt or transaction information, they should be able to help.

  Regarding the account recovery, could you provide an alternative email address we can use for your support request so we can send you the information again? We can’t help with account recovery issues via the public support forums, so we’ll need to continue the conversation via email.
