Access on a mobile seems blocked by the menu bar until i turn the phone sideways

When i access the website through a mobile phone i can see on the outline of the screen the website in the background, it appears to be blocked by the menu selection… the menu bar is covering the whole of the site, but when the phone is tilted sideways however the access is clear, as it is on a computer and everything is accessible again.
