Access Problem

  My WordPress site <ratssite.wordpress.com> will not load in Malaysia where I am living.
  I visited the UK for a month and had no problem at all in loading the site.
  What is causing this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I am from India and i can open your site properly. Maybe it is just the speed issue. Try clearing cache of your browser and reopening it.

  Hello ratusdramaticus,

  I am able to access your website correctly in the United States as well. That leads me to believe the site is up and accessible. As stated above, this could be just a browser issue. Here’s some basic info about how to clear your cache/cookies:

  If that doesn’t help, this is most likely an ISP issue. You can diagnose ISP issues using a traceroute to see where your connection is dropping using the following instructions:
