access problem wordpress following deactivation codebanter

I do not know if you can help me solve a problem but I will expose all the same.
On my homepage of my site, I installed a plugin Codebanter not know if I’ll have utilité.Installation and parameterization under wordpress.
This morning, I turned off and I noticed that my page is displayed “codebanter_optin” instead of formulaire.Ne knowing how to remove this message, I wanted to reactivate it, and since I can not go under wordpress or go to my website.
Can you tell me what procedure to follow to solve this problem.
