access problems for our website

    We own the domain Cardinaltattooct.com but the person who set the site up for us has not responded to us and I did a reset on the site which brought everything back to its original ‘site’ which was with her username and password. We really need to get back into this site or keep the domain and start fresh. Our business gets a lot of business from this website and most of the info is wrong on it (time, days open etc). any way we can get this fixed? we have the most recent user name and password but like I said we reset it to a few years ago (the backup) and lost access to the site.. PLEASE HELP!!!

    Since Cardinaltattooct.com is hosted outside of WordPress. It would be best to ask for help at the WordPress.org forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are not the same. You can learn about what makes them different at https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
