  Hi I’m trying to gain access to my school’s website. I need to make changes to the content. Our website is http://www.youngexplorers222.org. When I sign in, I type in my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff). I do enter a password. However, when I click ‘My Home’ to see the sites, it says I have none. Can you please help me? Normally I do all of the changes from school but today I’m working remotely from home.

  The solution is very simple: you are logged in to the wrong account. Log out from current and log in again to the account ymarrero222 owning that site.

  If you can’t remember your login credentials, you must use the Transaction ID to restore access to the account owning that site – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help
