access to a current domain

    I am with Great American Vending, or Great American Jewelry, not sure which the account is under. A previous employee set up a domain for us, we do not have any access to it, or know which email it was connected to. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
