Access to a site where employee is no longer with company

    How can I get access to an old blog that has been abandoned for more than 3 years to take it down. The employee is no longer with the company and we do not have any of the original info or key or two factor info

    Hi there,

    The only way to gain access to the site is via the Account Recovery form where you’ll need to provide some form of proof of ownership of the site.

    Please submit the form, providing as much information as you can, and someone will be in touch via email to help you with it. As the forums are public we can’t help with account recovery here.
