access to account?

    I have had a domain, skyislandzen.org for years. I can no longer login on my old computer. It has its problems, so I thought it was the computers fault. But with my new computer, I can find my profile and account settings, but when I click My site, is say I do not have one. Aslo, there is no option to login or edit when I open the site???

    Hi there,

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  I do see skyislandzen.org as listed in our system but it is under a different login than the account you are using now (@shozankodo) to contact us here.

    This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns skyislandzen.org.
