Access to account. I no longer have access to my original email

    Hi,

    My name is Lena but i go by the name Kitty.
    I built this site years ago for a client of mine.

    username to log in is [redacted]. password should be [redacted]
    but maybe its changed. i cant remember, its been a while.
    my business name has changed a few years ago from kittysauce to xocreative.

    if you do a business name checkup here in Perth (australia) you’ll see that kittysauce and xocreative are under the same ABN (business number).

    the email I originally used to create the wordpress to this account is no longer active unfortunately.

    Please don’t post sensitive information like login details as this is a public forum.

    Your issue is related to a site that is using the WordPress.org software, which is hosted outside WordPress.com

    This forum only supports the sites hosted on WordPress.com. Please post your question on the WordPress.org support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/

    Both(WordPress.com and WordPress.org) are different products. You can find out the differences between them here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Having said that, to change email address you need to login into your WordPress account. In the WordPress dashboard under General Settings, you can change your email address.

    If you have forgotten your password to your WordPress account, then please read the below support document to reset your password.
