Access to admin dashboard

  I am trying to access my dashboard but on longer can. I wanted to update my email because the original email is no longer working. But I cannot get in. The recovery account form requires one of 3 types of info, none of which I have because this info was kept in the emails belonging to my extinct account. I still own the url but cannot get in using my original username.
