We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform, https://www.whoishostingthis.com/.
Support for a site using the open source wordpress.org, https://wordpress.org/support/ -
I appreciate the response. But this does not make any sense. I receive emails from wordpress so it does not make sense why I would not get the password reset email. Especially something that was working until “the white screen of death”. Very disappointing I cannot get any help directly to troubleshoot. Definitely hard to be a promoter of WordPress at this point. thanks for any additional help you can provide. Ken

Wordpress.com and wordpress.org are 2 completely different and unrelated systems, https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/.
On wordpress.org support you find several ways to restore access to your site. -
@psucoop If you lost your password or you tried resetting your password and failed, please read the Codex article “Resetting Your Password” to learn how to reset your password:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
