ACCESS TO AN OLD ACCOUNT

    Good evening. I need access to an old account that I created back in 2013. I don’t have access to my old email account any more, and I didn’t pay for the account so wouldn’t have a receipt for it. I can’t seem to find an option anywhere to talk to admin at wordpress to help me find a solution. I have tried the forgotten password, but without access to the email account, I can’t verify who I am! Does anyone know how to actually contact a wordpress ADMIN??

    If you don’t remember the login details for the correct account, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ so we can help you regain access.

    If you don’t have any of the verification information we require, then we won’t be able to give you access to the account. We have this rules in place to prevent unauthorised access to accounts, and we don’t make any exceptions in this regard.
