Access to an old account, and transfer posts

  Hello,
  I need to access an old WordPress blog to transfer the posts into this current blog, but I do not remember the username or password, and the worse part is that I do not have access to the email address that was registered with the old account.
  Any idea how to sign in to the old blog without having access to retrieve an email the system sends with a new password or be able to transfer posts without having to sign in?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
