Access to back-end WordPress site

Hi,
I am running a website in WordPress hosted by an external provider. Since 2 days I have an error message when I try to log in to the back-end of the site, and by doing so I can not access the front-end neither. When I clear my cache and cookies I can see the front-end, but when I try to log in I have the error message again (and unable to see the front-end).This happens on all devices (iPAD, iPhone, other laptops) and all browsers. It is not a hosting or website issue, since co-writers can access the back-end without any problem. It is probably not a network issue neither (checked with network operator).
I’m clueless at this point. Anyone with a potential solution has my eternal gratitude!
