  I let my domain name expire because I no longer want that name. Can I keep the site but change the name or use the un-upgraded name: grannysblog.wordpress.com?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes. When you do not renew domain mapping the URL reverts to the original .wordpress.com URL.

  Please contact the owner of this website and ask them to renew the domain. Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to view the site at this web address: grannysblog.wordpress.com.

  I have removed your expired domain upgrades from your account, and set your primary domain back to grannysblog.wordpress.com for you.

  You should be able to access your site again normally.
