access to blog editing from two computers

  I need to gain access to my blog from different computers, but only one of them gives me an admin bar across the top. How do I get that on a second or third computer?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The admin bar appears at the top of a WordPress site if you are logged in to WordPress.com.

  Are you running a current browser and logged in on the additional computer?

  I eventually found my way there by tagging wp-admin to the worpress.com. That got me to a log in page.
