Access to CSS file

I have recently started my blogging site. The site i need help is this-
canainajain.wordpress.comI am using The Nucleare Theme. I am trying to access the css code for the theme but not able to find it. I have tried through Appearance–> Customize from Dashboard. But it says “This feature is a part of the Premium Plan.” Do i need to purchase the theme. It says it was free when i chose it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Setting up a blog and using themes is indeed free, but the ability to customize themes using CSS is part of the paid Premium or Business plans.
Here’s a comparison.
If you just want to read and not modify the CSS, right click anywhere on the blog page and click Inspect Element. Link to full CSS file can also be found there but no changes can be added if you don’t have the Premium plan.

Thanks for the reply ehtis.
I wanted to reduce the space between lines in my blog and to move my Site title to left. It seems like i need to buy for the customization.
