  I am the administrator of Allsisectrtary but cannot access the dashboard … can you advise?

  What is the URL of the site you are referring to?

  I do not see any sites connected to the account you are contacting us from. Is it a WordPress.com hosted site?

  I get this message when I try to log into dashboard

  User allsisecretary Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested

  You are logged in as “allsisecretary” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “Association of Foreign Lecturers in Italy Associazione Lettori di Lingua Straniera in Italia”. If you are not “allsisecretary”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “allsisecretary” and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.

  To get prompt help you really need to reveal the address of the site you’re trying to reach.
  PS: I do see a site https://davidpetrie.wordpress.com/ which has “Association of Foreign Lecturers in Italy Associazione Lettori di Lingua Straniera in Italia” as a title. That is reached by logging out of the allsisecretary account and logging back in to the davidpetrie account.
