access to dashboard and site are not displayed properly

  Hello,
  I’m having problem with the display of my site. All the elements are displayed in html mode. I have the same problem going to my dashboard.
  I’ve tried to erase all memory cache of my navigator Firefox but it still doesn’t work. Can anyone help me to solve this problem?
