Access to dashboards for 2 different blogs that I write.

I hope you can help me! First, I am very non-techie!
I started a blog in 2016 at https://katyspov.wordpress.com/ I had to stop working on it bc I broke my wrist.
Then this year I started another one at https://makingitthru.home.blog/ and have been having a hard time due to anxiety of trying to figure it all out.
I WANT TO KEEP BOTH OF THEM, MAKING ONE PUBLIC AND ONE MORE PRIVATE. When I tried to write a new post of the first one (katyspov), instead, it posted on the newer one (makingitthru). I was told how to go to dashboard for it, but when I tried that, it said,
‘User ktwestbrook Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested
You are logged in as ‘ktwestbrook’ and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for ‘Katy’s Point of View’. If you are not ‘ktwestbrook’, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are ‘ktwestbrook’ and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.
