    Hello!

Let me see if I can help, though I do not have access to your full account details myself.

When you say you have no access, do you mean you aren’t able to login to the WordPress account associated with you website?

Also, can you tell me what specific site you mean, if not marthawmurphydotcom.wordpress.com?

that is not my web address. I do not want to have this conversation in a forum. send me your email address.

If you feel like the information is too sensitive for a forum, I understand, and your best option would be to tag this post MODLOOK, so that a Staff member can view your question an better address the situation.

That being said, the forum is an excellent place to get quick help with a site question, and if you could elaborate just a bit more with what your question is, I or any of the other forum members might be able to help you immediately, without needing any specific sensitive information.

Just note please, email addresses are not allowed to be posted on the forums, and any emails written in a response will be automatically redacted. If a Staff member needs to reach you by email, they will initiate the email using your account information.

#MODLOOK I still cannot access my website to edit it, and wordpress does not seem to have my exact domain name. yesterday i was charged $69 for a coding “repair” that has not been done. I want this fixed right now or I will cancel the credit card payment and report the fraud.

As your WordPress.com site is devoid of content I’m pretty sure you’re asking about a site hosted by Register.com. I won’t print the name as you don’t appear to want anyone to know it (although it seems obvious). Staff here will have no access to that site. I don’t know if this is a JetPack issue or if you need to be getting back in touch with whoever was helping you earlier but I see the modlook tag has been added in the correct place for staff intervention.

  • Hi narrabluegirl,

I don’t see any charge under the account you’re using to post to this thread.

Can you please give me your site’s address so I can verify that it is hosted with WordPress.com?

Please note that if your site is not hosted on WordPress.com we cannot provide any support and you should ask for help at the WordPress.org forums and at your hosting provider.
