  Hi,

  You can access live chat by going to My Sites → Help and clicking on Contact Us towards the bottom of the page. Fill out the form and click on Chat with Us underneath.

  @assadaboultaif is correct – afaik that’s the fastest way to start a chat with WordPress.com staff.

  Hi everyone,

  Just a note that live chat is only available to users who own an upgrade plan. For accounts with no upgrades the contact form will just bring you back to the forums, and for accounts with legacy single-upgrades the contact form will submit an email ticket.

  Plan owners can access live chat 24/5 Monday to Friday, and US business hours over weekends, provided there are enough operators available.
