access to live support

I am a paying business customer and have attempted to engage the live chat and the email options. The continue button is greyed out and I am not able to submit a request.

So, I am still not able to access either live nor email support – the button to access the method to select works. enter information, and then the continue button is greyed out. I am having issues with the site toggling between domain setup needed – and then when I go to advanced and verify it “verifies” the site only to return to the other message – and yes I have external DNS. I am having an SSL issue – which I suspect is being delayed by above issue – and I cannot get help. Perhaps I need to move my site and get a refund. I paid for something that I am not receiving.

I reviewed your site and found you were on the WordPress.com Personal plan.
On the Personal plan, you get access to forum and email support. Live chat support is not offered on your plan.
