access to menu editor blocked

  Hello! In my menus I used to be able to access the arrow on the right where it displays the move one up/down etc choices. Now I can´t open those boxes at all, in either blog, so I can´t edit the menu´s appearance. I don´t undestand why it doesn´t allow me to enter the editor.
