Access to Merchants Benefit Administration website source code

Hello,
I am an IT support rep employed at Merchants Benefit Administration (MBA) and I believe that your services have been utilized to create and modify this company’s website. We had a former employee in this department who had an account with WordPress and he was the one behind the creation of our site before his resignation. I was hired later on, and therefore would like to find out and request how I can gain access to his account in order to be able to work with our company’s website.
I am aware this is a public forum and not necessarily truly a tech support contact center for WordPress, so if anybody knows how I can reach someone from there I would much appreciate it.

That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
