Thanks for your help. I tried that but it all comes back to that account of Carienn. And I can not submit the account recovery form. It used to be a paid site but I did not prolong it. Now I need to remover an article from the blog.

Dear customer service of WordPress, since I no longer use the account carienvanderwal.com, could you please remove it as a whole or put it on private? make it unaccessible? I have tried and tried to get access. I am unable to fill out and send in the account recovery form, since receipt id is no longer valig. And I don’t have a paid account anymore. I am at loss here. Please help me. Thanks
