access to my account which is linked to an old email address

  I would like to access the wp-admin of one of my WordPress accounts, but I don’t have the password and the email address I used to create the account is not in use anymore, because it was created by my old employer. I do still have the very first email I received when I created the account, in which it says: ‘Please save this email. If you get locked out of your account in the future, this email will help us restore access to your account.’

  How can I get access again to my wp account?
