Access to my dash board

My paid domain – muchemwasichone.com is up and it is running. However I cannot access my dash board. I have tried everything including trying to recover my account which has not worked because I do not have any proof of ownership (laptop was stolen). I either need the current domain – muchemwasichone.com deleted so that I can just recreate it or gain access to my dash board. My email address is still the same.

Can you try to login as the username mindlevel instead of this one? Keep in mind that you can’t use the same email on two accounts. If there’s confusion over an email, logging in as the username instead often does the trick.

Since you have a paid upgrade on the account, you would have proof of ownership via a recent transaction if you can’t use the username and don’t have the same phone or backup codes. But give the username a try first.

Hello Darciemg. Thank you. I have tried logging in as mindlevel and that did not work completely. I am honestly at wits end. To reply to you here I have had to log in anyway but I suppose what I do not understand is why I do not have access to my site and dash board. I imagine that if the site had been deactivated because I had not paid any of my subscriptions it would have been removed from the web so I am a little dumbfounded here.

The site is not deactivated, as you can see it is live on the internet. It is not under this account.
Please try using the lost password link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword and check for a reset sent to a different email and a SMS code sent to your phone.
