Access to my dashboard

    I just signed up and created an account with word press today. I was given a password and clicked on the ‘remember me’ option. However, when I try to log in, it doesnt recognise me. I cant access my dashboard and wordpress is not recognising my email address, so I am not receiving an email to reset me password! My name is morelifelesslaw. Can you please help me?

    Hi there, it looks like your above site is hosted by CyrusOne and not here on WordPressdotcom.

    Standalone WP and WordPressdotcom (where we are) are different entities with different documentation and support forums; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You can find all the support information for sites using the WP (org) software at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.
