access to my existing sites

I have 2 sites on WordPress that I have been using/posting to for over a year. But starting a few weeks ago I was unable to get onto either site. I was told my password, that I’ve used this entire time is incorrect. And now I am told that I don’t have any sites. I don’t know how to correct this. I certainly don’t want another site when I already have two. I need WordPress to help me resolve this.
