  Somehow my access got disconnected from my site or I inadvertently created a second account. My site was created ten years ago, but my account says it was created in 2018.

  Hi @graysongordon030218, my guess is that you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets notifications and what not.

  Once you’ve regained access, you can transfer the site to the other user, update email addresses, etc, and then close the extra account if you’d like.
