For two weeks I’ve been trying to access my site http://www.monicastleelt.wordpress.com to edit it and I can’t.
The happiness engineer Rafael Punchal is not replying my mails any more. -

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
What I post below applies only to sites hosted by wordpress.COM. It does not apply to wordpress.ORG software installs.
You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the site to be able to access the site. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
*Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog.
I recommend bookmarking that link or memorizing it.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.

I’ve tried your first tip above but I’m sent to my blog and it says i don’t have any website and if I want to create one.
However, when I type http://www.monicastleelt.wordpress.com I land on my website which I can’t access.
This is just madness!!!!! -

Also note that Staff will follow-up here as soon as they can. It’s a weekend and fewer Staff are working than on week days.

Please be patient while waiting for Staff to respond here. They will respond to all threads tagged with modlook in date stamp order from the earliest dated to the most recent ones.

Yes, but the last reply was on Wednesday. After that I have not been helped at all.
I had to google for replies.
Honestly, after paying for the most expensive plan I expected something better. -
I’m sorry you are experiencing this. I am a Volunteer and I have no way of getting Staff to respond to you other than tagging the thread with modlook which I have already done.

It says I must sign out and log in againThat is usually an indication that you have more than one username account and are logged in under the wrong one. So you log out clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and log in under the account that registered the site.
In this case you could have a corrupt cookie.
Fortunately, waiting for Staff is not complicated. I suggest you find something else to do until they respond. If you subscribe to the thread you will receive and email when they do that. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

Sorry I didn’t reply last night
I decided to call it a day after so much frustration
I’ll try all that again. Deleting cache memory option at Google was impossible as the option was not offered at More.
