access to My Site and customiser

    I subscribed to the premium service on June 14 and also purchased the Maisha template on June 24, which I then worked on for some weeks. However, now I cannot seem to access the work that I did, or the customiser. It just says that the last work I did was 8 months ago, which is incorrect. Please could you explain and provide access?
